CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

ZUMBA is a high-energy class that combines dance and fitness moves. Zumba uses a variety of dance styles including, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba and hip hop. Whether you are a beginner or a salsa queen you can come dance your booty off in one of the most funtastic ways available! You'll have so much fun you won't even realize that you're working out!
Attire- sweat pants, shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, anything comfortable and cool, sneakers or dance shoes, water!


SANDSTORM FITNESS is a well rounded union of middle eastern movement, emotional expression and aerobics. This is not a traditional belly dance class. If you want to challenge your body in a total new way with a heavy core emphasis this is the newest and greatest way to get a total body workout!
Attire- sneakers, tank tops, gym or yoga pants, anything comfortable and cool, yoga mat and water!

 Cardio Sculpt  is a combination of cardio exercises, light weights, and floor work to torch calories and sculpt your body. This blend of intense cardio movements utilizes weights for an added benefit beyond using body resistance only. Please bring your own mat and, as the class is a popular one, if you have your own hand weights, you are assured to have a set to work with. (Our supply is limited and the demand high!) Don't forget the water!
